We love a good photo booth. We think you’ll love ours.
Hi! That’s us in the picture:
Lindsay - Owner and Creative Director of Lindsay Rae Design
Karl - Head of Say Hey KP DJ Services
With more than 15 years of experience in the wedding industry, we know what an unforgettable night should entail. That’s why we wanted to be the first to bring this truly unique, memorable photography experience to the Southeast.
Self Portrait Southeast will let you and your guests capture iconic, professional-grade imagery at any point throughout the night. You might not remember everything the next day, but at least you’ll have the photos to prove you looked fabulous.
About The Self-Portrait Project
Self Portrait Southeast is an independently owned and operated extension of The Self-Portrait Project (SPP).
Created in 2009 by Andy Lin, the mission of The SPP is to facilitate connection + transformation by empowering people in the creation of their own images. SPP begins with a metaphorical premise: that to catalyze a positive and healing inertia in the world, one must first see one's self honestly in the mirror and then, to take responsibility for what one sees.
SPP was also founded with social justice ideals as its roots and a love of photography as its driving force. We are culturally curious, socially conscious, and harnessing the communicative power of photography. As a values-based enterprise we believe in gender equality, marriage equality, and that other worlds are possible. We believe that Black Lives Matter. We stand by Standing Rock. We believe we can help by providing a visual voice for those who have been marginalized, in a way that empowers.
The project intends to serve as a vehicle through which the zeitgeist is captured by those who inspire and occupy it, and to build a living archive based on a foundation of agency, quality, and community.
